TATTOO AFTERCARE

Make sure to wash your hands.

Wash your tattoo in luke-warm water and a mild liquid antibacterial soap such as "Dial" or "softsoap". Make sure that you gently wash all of the plasma (clear fluid) from your tattoo. This typically stops

6-10 hours after receiving your tattoo.

After washing your tattoo, allow to air dry. Apply a very thin layer of lotion, such as "Hustle Butter" to your tattoo.

Always keep tattooed area clean of any bacteria.

Always wash your hands before applying lotion.

Repeat 3-4 times a day for 2 weeks

Keep tattoo fresh and open to air (NO bandages).

For 3 weeks, avoid swimming, hot tubs, or protonged submersion.

For the first month, avoid prolonged direct suntight and tanning.

DO NOT scratch or pick your tattoo.

DO NOT let anyone touch your tattoo.

REMEMBER: a tattoo is an open wound.
